At Perone's Kitchen we manufacture our All Purpose Marinara Sauces using only natural, top quality ingredients. There is no tomato puree, paste, water, starches, fillers, colors or added sugar and it is Gluten free. We start with premium California VINE-RIPENED tomatoes and use pure California extra virgin olive oil, fresh herbs, fresh garlic, organic carrots and fresh Vidalia onions. Jennie (Mama) Perone came to the United States through Ellis Island in 1903 when she was 3 years old. Her family settled in Hackensack, NJ. She married a New Jersey Policeman and raised 5 children on lots of love, pasta and sauce. Vince left Hackensack in 1949 to attend Furman University on a football scholarship. His Mom and Dad moved south in 1958 when Vince decided to stay in Greenville to launch his restaurant empire.
