Andrew Padula I just tried some pasta sauce from Cooking with Vince Perone. Let me tell you what!! Coming from an Italian household myself, I have tried plenty of different types of sauce over the years and the sauce from Cooking with Vince Perone was full of taste and plenty of fresh ingredients, which is essential for a great pasta dish. It also had just the right amount of spice that I like in pasta sauce. When I get some more I am going to use it in a marinade as well.. Awesome recipe Steve.
